Adam Mlynarczyk

Attorney

Practicing law in Charleston, SC for 22+ years, Attorney Adam Mlynarczyk has helped businesses solve complex problems. Whether through negotiation or vigorous litigation, he understands the needs of his clients. Because the business needs of each client varies, his expertise in dealing with employee issues, contractor agreements, various employment matters, contracts, complex commercial leases, buying/selling a business, planning, and partnerships make him an ideal choice to represent you and your business.

Adam is a member of the bar in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, New York, and South Carolina; currently he is active only in South Carolina, where he has lived for more than 20 years. Adam is married and has a teenage daughter and a pair of dogs. He lives in Park Circle within walking distance of the office. He taught business law and criminal law in Trident Technical College’s Paralegal Program for 12 years. He also is a member of the Charleston Bar Association (serving on subcommittees) and the American Bar Association.

Adam has served as an investigator for the South Carolina Fee Disputes Board for 10+ years. He is admitted to the South Carolina District Court (federal court) and has been published in the Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals.

“I truly enjoy talking to my clients, and potential clients, to see how I can help. I understand that legal help can be expensive, but I try to explore ways to help my clients in ways that do not become cost prohibitive. Sometimes, not hiring an experienced attorney can result in a much larger expense than hiring someone who can properly navigate your issues efficiently and effectively,” Adam said.
